Fitness, Weight Loss & Rehab Programs

For many members, a personal fitness program begins with body assessment. Eagle Peak utilizes the Omron Body Composition Monitor and Scale, which provides metrics such as body fat percentage (BMI), visceral fat, resting metabolism, skeletal/muscle ratios, and other key indicators of physical health. With this information, along with our members’ personal goals, we help to craft the right programs for each individual’s needs.  All of our personal training programs are designed and overseen by Eagle Peak Founder and Owner Beth Atwood, who has worked as a personal trainer since 1987.

These programs include:

  • Weight loss – utilizing a combination of cardio and resistance training in conjunction with “the biggest loser” nutrition program

  • “I lost it at the club” – a program in which Eagle Peak members can compete against other clubs nationwide and internationally

  • Cardiac Rehab – for Phase 3 and 4 rehabilitation – provides the combination of cardio and resistance training to strengthen your cardiovascular system.

  • Orthopedic Rehab programs – tailored anything from broken bone to pulled/ripped/torn muscles – getting back to normal after accidents/injuries

  • Sport-Specific Training – golf, skiing, football, baseball, figure skating, marathon running, "river rat" racing/rowing – whatever your sport or competitive activity, we’ll provide you with a specific workout routine to achieve your conditioning goals

  • Lower-back training – teaches teaching fitness techniques that prevent lower-back issues

  • Muscle-building/weight gain – programs that help competition and other athletes put on muscle and/or gain weight to reach their optimum size for participation in their sport

  • Powerlifting programs – provide a key foundation of conditioning for virtually every sport, resistance, and conditioning program
