Have a Ball and Get Motivated in Eagle Peak’s Group Classes


Fitness training can be intensely personal, but sometimes it’s more fun and more motivational to work out in a group. Eagle Peak Fitness features a spacious group fitness room, complete with a dance-quality floor, flat-screen TV and sound system. Our group fitness classes give you a change of pace, providing an enjoyable alternative or addition to your personal workouts.

All of Eagle Peak’s group fitness classes revolve around improving balance and conditioning your cardiovascular system, with the added benefit of light strength training. We pay particular attention to strengthening your “core” – your abdominals, hips, lower back (rhomboids), and obliques (side muscles) – because this foundation of the human structure supports your upper body, affects your breathing, and is considered the “chi” or center of your energy.
